The breakfasts were really good with a wide range of cooked options. fresh fruits, yoghurts, bagels and pastries were available. i had several evening meals. The sea bass was splendid. the bar served a wide range of ales, lagers and wines.

Staff members were friendly, attentive and helpful. They were always available. carin offered excellent, friendly customer service. She goes out of her way. i found the service to be prompt and efficient.

the facility has a great location near heathrow. the location is close to the city centre, reachable with ease. i found free car parking at the ealing studios themed hotel, an unexpected bonus.

West ealing tube station was less than 5 minutes walk away. It connects to the centre. the neighbourhood is beautiful and there are great restaurants within walking distance. i found the area to be very quiet.

the room was super clean and cozy and i appreciated the complimentary biscuits chocolates and water. the choice of teas and coffees was appreciated too. complimentary slippers and nespresso were a nice touch.

superb refurb
large room comfortable bed
this place is recently renovated. the room felt large. the bed was comfortable. staff were helpful, and i got tea and coffee.
the carpet on the stairs looked quite dirty.

the reception staff helped with directions. they were kind. staff at the bar gave a discount. the breakfast staff served hot food, and there were gluten free options.

excellent pub attentive staff awesome breakfast noise issue late events mediocre food
i was really impressed with the hotel! the pub was excellent, it had such a great vibe. the staff really were very good too help with all our needs, so attentive! the breakfast was fantastic, too.
the noise was a bit of an issue . there were events booked in the function rooms on both nights and i wasn't informed. the bass from the music vibrated through my room until late, it stopped me from sleeping. the food wasn't the greatest either.

filling breakfast quick check-in
the elizabeth line station is very close. this makes getting to the city center quick. the check-in process was fast. the breakfast was filling and tasty.
the television had limited channel options.
